Ordered 5 dresses for an event I had coming up. They arrived too late (shipping updates I received were unclear) so I contacted them about their return policy. They asked me to take a pic of each dress and the item number so they knew I was returning their dresses. Sent it to them 3 different times before they finally sent me address to return, at my expense. When I received UPS confirmation that shipment was delivered, I asked when I would get my refund. Almost 2 weeks back and forth with them continuously sending them confirmation number because they insisted that they never got the package. Even got my attorney on board in case further action was needed. Finally received my refund, which, from the time I first contacted them about returning the order to receiving the refund, was about 4 weeks. And all of their responses were at least 2-3 days later. Usually check reviews before I buy, but this is what happens when you don't.
