I submitted an application w/ credit card information. Did receive an email regarding my phone, replied to the email with the pertinent information & received an "unknown recipient" response. Contacted them via their website and never heard back. They advertise a result in 24 hours or less, that was four days ago. Nevertheless, they have been paid. I went to the original vendor of the phone and they fixed it for nothing and told me how they did it, for free.
