I decided to put myself in order the first thing I did was to quit smoking. On the advice of loved ones, I started with diets on this site. I lost weight, but not as much as I expected at first. Therefore, I also took up a set of physical exercises. Now, after six months of special diet and fitness, I feel great. Even friends won't know. Began to like the girls. I'm fine.
