I've been using similar services for a while and it's always been terrible when it came to refunds. It's a totally different experience here. I know this is something usual and you actually expect things to work like that but it's VERY unusual when it comes to online writing services. I ordered a paper once but ended up doing it myself in the next few hours, and there was no need for it to be written twice. They were the first among the writing services I've ordered from who actually returned the money and it took them about a day or two. Most importantly, there was no attitude and no attempts to keep my $100 in their account. Therefore, I totally recommend them as a company who has a real money-back policy they follow.
