I Love Kickboxing in Carle Place is awesome! The instructors are very motivating, super helpful, and easy to talk to. The classes are always different which keeps you on your toes, yet challenging to make sure you're always pushing yourself in each class. Definitely recommend ILKB in Carle Place to anyone who wants to get fit and have fun!
