Ordered a hover board for my daughter as a Christmas present. The hover board took longer than they had anticipated, when it came it came in a mangled box. When I opened the hover board it was cracked on both sides. I called and left a message and followed up with an email, I was told to fill out a form send photos etc. I had also requested a paid label to send the product back. No one has contacted me nor respond to any of my emails. Horrible customer service and horrible products. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
