I buy A LOTof art supplies from Jerry's. I think they need new web developers. Their website has been less than robust for several years. Sometimes, especially during holidays and sales, their website just goes down. Sometimes it works in one browser but gets 404 messages in another. Sometimes the links and buttons work and sometimes they don't. Today they changed my mailing address, and 2 hours later when I called to change it back they said it was too late.
I really really want to keep shopping at Jerrys, but I have to really prep myself for a bad experience when I shop with them.
PS, I've tried to talke to a manager about this, but apparently their hierarchy doesn't permit such conversactions.
