I'm a prepaid customer, and this is the worst.
1. No actual operator that you can talk too.
2. kiosk service@ SM megamall is very poor.
A. queing time is 2 hr and 30 mins
b. There info screen refresh time, is slow. It doesnt show exactly what number is being service at the moment.
C. customer service doesnt have a mic to get the attention of the person being served, you can bearly hear them call you when ther kiosk is full..
