So frustrated…I had ordered and paid for a present in early December in hopes of assuring delivery on time for Christmas. Boston Proper website said 5-7 days for delivery. The delivery has still not been made on January 2nd. I have called them four times and after half hour sessions with the service department I get the same story. They hired FedEx to deliver to a PO Box which of course FedEx doesn't do. Then they say that FedEx has proof of delivery to a crème colored residence door in a different community.They suggest I call FedEx but of course FedEx was not delivering for me.They work for Boston Proper. I get promised a call back within 48 hours GUARANTEED but no one ever calls back. No delivery, no refund to my credit card and no help what-so-ever. Please don't shop Boston Proper. You can't trust them.

Tip for consumers:
The service people read responses to me about each of my questions. Three different people have promised me call backs and satisfaction but not one call has been returned. I started this process December 18th.
