I placed an order for Rhino racks because of the positive reviews. Was told by Amy at etrailer that it would ship UPS. It didn't. It would arrive on 2/1/24. It didn't. Then 2/6/24. It didn't. Now I'm told that they can't track it and to call back after 14 days to discuss a refund. Then recieved an email saying that I could reorder and pay extra for express shipping all without refunding or crediting me from the first order. I was also told by etrailer that over 20 other customers were calling about the same issue.
