I had them replace my timing belt for $400 plus they asked me if I was going to buy the parts. I did and bought OEM parts. After 7 mos, the belt failed, the engine is toast, and I'm now out $600 for the belt and labor and $4,200 for a new engine. When I asked about the 12 month/12,000 mi warranty, they wanted to charge another $85 to have someone look at the belt to see if its their fault. That would be like asking the murderer to investigate the crime. After numerous calls, they finally agreed to take it to their warranty dept for a review... never heard from them again. Lesson learned.
