I booked a tee time, mistakenly cancelled and rebooked the exact same tee time moments later. I paid a the course directly. Looked at my credit card today and GolfNow charged me the full price as well. After contacting me, they are charging me for the first cancellation even though I immediately booked the same time and course. They refuse to issue a refund and the best yet is they keep the entire amount. Nothing goes to golf course. Terrible "customer" service but looks like everyone else is having the same experience.
