I got a gift for holidays i went to get a refund cause they didnt have anything i liked. Im frim Houston Texas and being in Pennsylvania the houston hats are not very popular ao i asked for acrefund but the policy says it goes back on card that was used to purchase it. IT WAS A GIFT. So now im stuck with this item. I live in lids never returned anything. This changes my mind on buying caps here. I had the recite whats the problem. LIDS CAN TAKE THE MONEY BUT NOT REFUND IT BACK ON GIFT ITEMS

It's going on 3weeks trying to buy an Rv for my wife. I don't know where to begin but will start with the salesperson. I submitted my application ran my credit but before I did that I'm a person who like odds percentages and numbers. I asked the sales person the approval rate rv campworld had. Tim West asked the financial department and was I quoted 95% approval. So I then proceeded sent my income along with my wife said I was approved just needed the 3000 down. Let's go back little bit I found a 2023 lt Coleman for 13,995 and was supposed to be locked in at that price but the salesperson didn't lock me in and they tried to put me in a used rv. After it was all said and done it was corrected got it taken care of but now they stated I needed to show proof of income which I did 3 times it was overlooked and 3wks just thinking i was approved just needed the 3000 down but kepted running my credit. Well 3wks gone by thinking I was approved I wasn't. Waisted 3 wks of my time then I find out their still running my credit without my approval again which I was told I was and which my credit was already ran 2 previous times by rv campworld. I'm a person who likes to be called not text messages or emails. This facility did not do that. I'm the one calling I like to think that I was of value since I was buying an rv but here they didn't accommodate to my needs. I was told tine and time I would get a call back never did. My next option is to call the OWNER OR PRESIDENT OF RV CAMPWORLD. McGeorges in Virginia RV.CAMPINGWORLD.COM was the worst place for customer service but yet all they said was they are the best RV.CAMPINGWORLD.COM in their region.
