When I do find something I need at Hobby Lobby the lines are nearly unbearable. Usually there are only two cashiers at any given time. This is a place where a lot of items need to be wrapped or are large and awkward which takes more time for each transaction. In the meantime there are other employees around who don't seem to have a purpose. I take this time to evaluate how necessary my purchase is and usually leave empty-handed.

Train ALL employees on the register, make the customers HAPPY and make more MONEY!
