I sent in my galaxy note 5 to trade in for the galaxy note 8. My phone was in perfect shape and could have easily sold it for $350 private party but the said they would give us $300 as long as it turned on and had no cracks plus would give us a wireless charger and memory card for trading up so we sent it in we got the new phone no problems until we got the bill and they only gave us $25 for my old phone. What a scam they are pulling. They wont send our phone back and we have done numerous calls and talked to managers and they wont do anything to help. We could have traded it to sprint store foe $200 but decided tp get direct for an extra $100 what a mistake that was. We will never deal with samsung again they are a ripoff company. Stay away from them

I ordered 1 pair of funny socks for a christmas present and paid extra shipping to get them before christmas and never got them and a company that only has a email for the contact i should have known wasn't a good company they emailed me back after xmas and said sorry you didnt get your item here's 10% off next purchase. They didn't care i paid more for expedited shipping than what the socks costed i asked for a refund and never heard from them again luckily i bought with paypal i got my money back after a month. Stay away from this crappy company
