I asked Resortcom for documentation on my time share in Cabo San Lucas at the end of January. It is now mid-March and I can't even get somebody to answer the phones even after stopping by their office in Las Vegas and being told to call back in a week. That was a month ago and still no documentation and no return phone calls. When I call Resortcom, nobody answers the phone and nobody returns messages.
