“Very nice item, no service”

The item bought was very good, as described.
But when the shipment went wrong, there was no service available. In the end we had luck and got the item.

Very poor customer service. To our many mails we got only one reply, and that did not reply to the questions and did not help with the problems during shipping.

Reason I chose this business:

The item we wanted was available no where else.
