Fraud Company, Please Don't fall trap by using services of this Printvenue. They don't have any return or refund policy for bad quality paper and printing. Hi,
I received my order today and got surprised by paper quality & printing quality. I just wanted to ask why you guys have degraded your services suddenly, are you going to shut down your business?
Paper quality is very very cheap, even less than my normal printing paper.
Print Quality: It seems Printer got shortage of ink and somehow its printed, faded quality with cartridge mark on page.
Please arrange reverse pickup and refund the full amount asap to avoid social media involvement in this order.

Dear Team,
It's already more than 09 days and I am still waiting for the proper resolution, refund and reverse pickup of letterhead as it is of no use for me.
Notice: If no proper reply received within 03 working days then I will be writing NEGATIVE feedback with image proof at any social media or any source. Also, I will take help of any designated bodies such as consumer forum, consumer complaint redressal team etc.

As per the update received from our concern department we acknowledge that you are not satisfied with the Letterhead(100 Quantity) delivered. We regret the discomfort caused to you. Please be informed that printing quality is totally based on the quality of image provided by you. And we had printed the same as image uploaded by you.
Please be advised that our website and designs keep on updating on a daily basis and hence 100% similarities could never be assured for the designs. However, we would like to inform you that the delivered product is as per the updates provided by you only.
And also would like to inform you that we had dispatched the product after quality check only and as per our quality parameter there is no issue with the delivered product. Hence, we are feeling sorry to inform you that replacement or refund is not possible against the delivered product.

Hi,
1. I used your template not uploaded mine.
2. I have sent you 02 images of my previous order and current order and you can check the difference.
3. The resolution provided if absolutely rubbish and we are termination all future orders and business with Printvenue and we will be taking necessary action against printvenue and will be soon posting reviews with previous and current order.
