“Bought pcm supposed to be plug and play turned out to be plug and pay”

Bought pcm for 99 Silverado after installing truck would not start called customer service told me to do key relearn which I had already done several times called back put on hold for 30 minutes finally gave up wish I had read reviews before I bought from flagship one
