“Walmart doesn't honor what they say”

I received a damaged item and had to return it. I was assured the new one would be on time for my son's birthday and It was very late. I was told If I called back 1 day later I would receive a full refund promo code. So I called back the next day and they refused to give it to me. Not only did my son not get a birthday gift on time, Walmart won't do anything about it. They don't honor what they say so therefore I will not use their online service again.

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from Walmart online if you want your item on time. Use Amazon.

“They act as if a promo code is coming out of their paychecks and honestly it probably does affect their bonus but that's no excuse I worked there for years and we always got great bonus AND we didn't have try to use customers to reduce shrink”
