“FALSE ADVERTISING”

I am a Spectrum Customer. Spectrum sent me an offer for TV+INTERNET+VOICE for $99.97 a month with the addition of up to $13.50 in taxes and fees per month (found in the small print). The printed advertisement said to call *******357.
I called and 4 persons from the Billing, Sales, and Retention areas refused to recognize the validity of the printed offer. They were righteous and wanted to continue to charge me an additional $30 per month in fees. BEWARE of ANY offer from SPECTRUM!
