I placed my customized order on 2/8/24. My order page over the next couple of weeks indicated that it was to be "delivered by 2/27/24." By 2/29 I had neither received my dresses nor had I received an email update, so I called…twice…and could never get through to a real person…I could only leave a voice mail message. I also sent an email. In my messages I said that I was leaving on vacation on 3/6 and was hoping to have the dresses by then so definitely needed an update. No responses. I will not order from them again…and I have yet to see what the quality of the dresses are, which at this point seems I won't know until after I return from my vacation. Now I will have to go shopping at the last minute for a dress to take with me. I am not happy.
