I didn't select the 1st available delivery date but one around 10 days later. At 3pm on the due delivery date I rang to be told there was a 3 week delay. No one attempt to contact me (despite several emails confirming my delivery day). All that could be offered was a half hearted apology and no explanation, no response to my request to speak to someone more senior. Now awaiting a refund which I'm told takes 5 days. 3 weeks waiting and one annual leave from work day wasted. Take your chances but I wouldn't.
