I placed an order in November, two weeks later I asked them the status of the order and got no response. A week later I sent another email, no response. Still no product and they have my $50. I did file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and they understandably won't investigate but they'll keep a record of the complaint for future reference.

One tiny glitch... In the credit card field the CVV field was beyond the width of the credit card field, so it was not visible. Like I said, a tiny glitch, so otherwise the checkout was perfect, still 5 stars
