Ordered OEM parts for my Bravo III outdrive on Monday morning 8/3. Paid extra to have the shipment expedited so I might be able to use the boat this weekend. No where on the parts lookup did it say "PART NOT AVAILABLE"
2 days later I get an email stating "part not available until 8/17. If I would have known this I would have gone somewhere else. Can't get anybody on the phone so I left a message. You only have 1 chance to make a first impression! Done!
