Well, I ordered five baseball style caps. Turns out two of the five were out of stock, but I had already submitted payment. Fortunately, this was not an issue. I received full credit within a few days. It took almost two weeks to receive the remaining caps, but I realize they were coming from Taiwan. The caps arrived in a plastic bag via USPS. This was a problem. Because NewChic choose to ship the caps in a plastic bag, instead of a box, they were very wrinkled and creased. One of the caps may not be salvageable. I didnt pay a lot for the caps, so I wont loose any sleep about this. But, NewChic, if you are listening, ship hats in a box the next time. Capisci?
