My sister-in-law found a price on line for our upcoming visit to San PedroBest Western Plus Hotel. She was in charge of booking for them and us. We were not made aware that the second room charge would be much higher tan the first although the rooms were alike. I found this out on my confirmation page. I called to try to have the error corrected and was told that my alternative was to cancel but we would still be charged. The attendant then offered me a 15% discount which I unhappily agreed to. The discount has not shown up on my confirmation site. I am pretty disgusted with this site. We are still making our trip but some of the joy was taken out of our stay. You need to know this is a terrible way to keep customers.
