Overall good deal on the three books I ordered, but was unable to enter code for credits as first-time buyer. One book arrived with glued spine ripped right down the middle inside unfortunately.
Hello, the issue I had with my first order is that I was referred by a friend but was unable to input the code for first-time buy on your website. Of the 3 books I ordered, 2 were in satisfactory condition as publishers' overstock, but one had the inner spine split right down the middle unfortunately. Pricing was very good certainly and delivery reasonable although the Book Outlet and me are both in Ontario. I would ask for an adjustment in the book credits and a replacement copy for the book with the damaged spine. The shipping carton for the books was well-packaged.
