Sent in an iPhone 7 plus. They came back and reduced their offer 33% saying I sent in the wrong phone, that it is an iPhone 7. So I called customer service. They want me to send a picture of the phone. I actually have a picture of the back of the phone with the model number. But they couldn't tell me why they can't go correctly read the model number (since they have the phone in their possession) and figure it out since they are in the business. This is a situation that should be perfect for a class action lawsuit. But take my advice and take your phone elsewhere. Or expect to receive about one half of what they tell you it is worth. You will see in the picture the model number A1661 which if they don't know how to tell models, is something you can google and look.

Have to share frustrating experience with SmartFurniture.com. Ordered a Herman Miller Eames Soft Pad desk chair that was described on their website to work on hard floors and carpet. You can see from the photo how well it works on carpet. Have interacted with 5 -6 people from the company whose job is to tell me the chair is designed that way and is not meant to be used on carpet (despite their website description), their advice is to use it somewhere I have hard floors (guess not my office) or look for a thicker carpet protector (it is scratching the one I have) and they would look at correcting their website description. Yep, that's it. My fault for using their website description to make a purchase. Making the customer happy with an improperly described and poorly designed product... not their priority. So recommend avoiding this retailer for your office needs.
