Absolutely lied too. After talking with 3 different people about a family emergency, each customer service rep passed the problem off. When i hot to the 3rd rep, i was on hold for almost 45 min. This got me into the time they closed. I got hung up on. Then i got an email that said, they tried calling me back and i didn't answer. (Which never happened) Long story short, i will never use a 3rd party to purchase anything again after this expierence.
