Had problems with the cleaning heads. Left bad reviews on here. Opened up my email to write another review to iRobot. And found that they did respond to me and sent me almost $500 in parts to replace the ones on two of my vacuums. I was very impressed. Nothing bad to say about him anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Run. Do not buy. Wait for the technology to get better.
