I placed an order at PetFlow.com on Tuesday. I got an email on Wednesday explaining they were out of stock on the product they sold me. I promptly called to cancel the order. The representative on the phone explained they have half of what I ordered. I replied that I don't want half of what I ordered, so please cancel my order. This where the apologies and excuses began. I thanked the representative and ended the call. I went to PetFlow.com and attempted to use their Live Chat feature to cancel my order. More apologies and excuses. So now I am getting half of what I ordered, there's nothing I can do about it, and I can't wait to find out that their billing is as bad as... everything else.
DO NOT BUY FROM PETFLOW.COM!
THEY TAKE PAYMENT AND PRODUCE EXCUSES!
