“HORRIBLE!”

If I could give zero stars I would. Back in April I booked a 5 day rental with Priceline for a trip in June. Because of 19 I had to postpone my trip until later in the year. I talked to a representative at Priceline trying to reschedule. They wouldn't reschedule or even give me a credit. They absolutely refused to help me. It's amazing that even in times like these they would do nothing to help their customers. They don't care about their customers at all. Do not book with Priceline!
