Selection for the things I need.
Nice website with mostly good selection as long as you're careful to choose quality furniture brands. Some are just pure junk. I find an occasional brilliant design accent piece from time to time, too. I'm always on the lookout for unique pieces.
Needed an entry bench for new beach home. Unique colors that I’d not seen yet in a perfect shade of blue. Also found another thing - an umbrella stand with pierced metal - that is adorable. I love it when you have interesting & unusual things for sale. I like the prices on the benches. I’ve purchased benches for all bedrooms now so this entry one is my last purchase. But I love them all.

Houzz had what I was looking for at a good price. Delivery time is very surprising.
1. I wish the estimated delivery date was less of a range.
2. This product had no reviews yet I know there have been many sales. I've been watching this one for almost 9 months and it periodically goes on/off sale so SOMEBODY is buying it! I am very worried about product quality. It is almost impossible to return a king size bed frame!

Wonderful phone support for important questions & education. LOVELY fabric choices for Roman Shades. Prices are amongst the best in the marketplace except for some of the options for woven woods where I prefer Hunter Douglas instead of Blinds.com. Nonetheless, 90% of my new home has Blinds.com window coverings. Only my great room has Hunter Douglas. So I LOVE Blinds.com!
