“Kept putting off needed procedure”

I spent 2 weeks in Sunrise Hospital, my last week I was waiting for 1 procedure to be done. That procedure was never done. The higher ups kept cancelling the procedure. Now I have to try to have this procedure done, as it can be life threatening.
The nursing staff, CNA's & attending doctor's were all excellent.

If u have a loved one in icu at sunrise I would transfer them to umc its all about money n empty...
