On the offset I did not think I'd like UserTesting. They made me take a test that really tested if I fit into their profile of panelist's versus being honest. I flew through the test and did really well there; however, I noticed that after I started doing well, I was unable to lock into higher paying projects. Simply put, the site's interface would not work when I'd select and already be approved for these gigs.) I knew they were locking me out through the mechanics of the interface, but I believe in myself (so I did n't stop). (While this occurred the jobs I got were low paying and discriminatory. The gigs made me record my face and submit information that would showcase personal information to allow them to target me through racism.) After trying to reach out to support with no response or even being allowed to speak to management, I had to figure out a way to rectify what was occurring on my own. Unfortunately this put me in a situation where my integrity was questioned. Ultimately the decline occurred because the algorithms or designers within the UserTesting interface tried to stop me from communicating and ultimately succeeding on the site. The reasons: racism & jealousy. I'd cleared much more money than any one I'd seen on the interface. The most disturbing part was how they tried to shut me up, which they were unable. I'm now getting more money, but know that Usertesting is heavily racist and controlling (they monitor the interface to see who is doing what). If you start doing too well you cannot be of a certain demographics. Ultimately they will be stopped, but know the manner in which they now move.
