Ordered a Dashmat for my truck, and tried it out immediately after receiving. Cover did not fit, so product was returned the next day. They received my return on the 9th of the month, and told me it takes up to 11 business days to refund to my credit card. On the 23rd, still no refund, I sent an email as to when my refund would be issued, I got an email saying refund would be issued "tomorrow." After three days, no refund. Another inquiry was sent by me and now it's "up to three days" before I see my credit posted to my account. They take your money immediately upon order yet as of the 26th of the month, no refund. A report is being made also to the BBB. Don't do business with this company. UPDATE: After informing the company that a dispute of the charge will be made with my credit card company, I finally received my refund (minus $10). I cancelled the dispute, and told my credit card company that I would not need the temporary refund. They offer the money back to your account until the matter is settled, however Car Cover USA thought it was permanent and threatened to take me to collections to retrieve the amount. "You don't get refunded twice," they told me, so they have no idea how credit card disputes work. At any rate, Car Cover USA kept $10 I guess for the shipping of the Dashmat to me, and, of course, I had to pay shipping to return the product. But it's worth the $10 never having to do business with these people again.
