I have lost a package worth more than 300 dollars, and they offer no help or compensation for losing it, they just shrugged and said: welp, its not with us, sorry and good luck.
And reading other reviews, its not one time incident, they have been losing packages left and right.
So in the end, ordering from them is a gamble, you might or might not get you package lost.

Upon receiving a package from the shipper, it typically takes us 12 to 16 working hours to conduct a physical check of the package. In cases where the package is not updated in our storage system, we may need to scan the entire warehouse for double checking purposes. Occasionally, we encounter situations where packages are marked as delivered by the shipper but are not physically received by us. In such instances, we can provide evidence to support our claims.
If you find yourself in this situation, we advise you to file a claim against the seller or shipper.
