After spending a godly amount of money, my web site never ran correctly, I never got one sale because they had COD (pay on delivery) they made promises they didn't keep, they added ingrediencies to my soap that were NOT supposed to be there, making me look like a fool. I paid for my domain for 1 year and now when I pull up my website Americandirtygirlsoap.com, yes my website comes up and so does a porno site using my domain name. The embarrassment of it all, I will never recover from these mistakes. I have lost all my money I invested in my new business $17,000.00 Thank you incompetent Web.com! So sad you made my dream turn into a nightmare.

I spent a huge amount of money for the website to have error after error, first they said I had some ingrediencies in my natural soap that were not natural, making me look ridiculous. The name of my business was so small you weren't sure what site you were on, they mixed up the paragraphs and it made no since, I didn't have one sale because they had it on pay on delivery, my email address was wrong and the worst yet... I paid my domain one year, if I put my company website "Americandirtygirlsoap.com" in the browser, yes, my website will come up but so does a raunchy porno site using my domain name! Should I continue? Web.com is incompetent destroyed my business and I lost $17,000 I put into the company.
