Hi, Im trying to get a resolution for the oversized BBQ cover I received and all I seem to get is automated responses and today received this invitation as a reply ignoring my issue and instead asking to me to write a review based upon the service and product. Perhaps reading emails from customers would be a great start. Also the advise you provide on your website to account for extra coverage has turned my BBQ cover into an oversized tent. Very disappointed.
