“Pathetic”

Forget this totally incompetent company. Today was your third strike. They called us this morning so they may deliver and left us a message. We called back wiyhin ten minutes and heard nothing but a crying baby and other noise, then they hung up. We called back a few minutes later and it goes to voice mail where we left a message. No call back. Called the main 800# and they seemed to know who the "crying baby "was and said they could deliver between 1100 am and 7 pm two days from now.
We have tried this useless incompetence company twice before, sending and receiving, and they either screw up as stated, wrong, or substandard product or the entire order is incorrect. Pathetic!
Use anyone other than 800flowers.
