When things go bad at the counter after booking with Rentalcars then DO NOT expect much support. And be very careful of their Cancellation Fees even when the car renter cancels on you. And DO not use their Insurance as tryin to get a refund requires excessive evidence of NOT getting a car. In the end I have lost $620AUD and still had to use Hertz next door to get a car!
