Inconsistent application of hazardous materials charges means it is unpredictable if it would just be cheaper to pay for direct international shipping from companies without consolidating packages. Long term user but increasingly avoiding the service as no longer offering value.

HI Richard. We are very sorry you are not happy with our prices and services. I took a look and can see that it was a hazmat shipment due to the nail polish. Due to international regulations, shipping dangerous goods requires Stackry to use a certain box size and it limits the available carriers. Our $12.50 dangerous goods fee covers labor and materials, and part of the dangerous goods charge our carriers charge us.
