I RETURNED MY ITEM WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT AND NOW. ONE MONTH LATER THEY SAY THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. VERY MISLEADING RETURN LABELS, THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE YOU PEACE OF MIND. I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST RIP YOU OFF/OUT OF YOUR RETURN BY TAKING THEIR ITEMS BACK AND EASILY SAYING 'SORRY, DIDNT GET YOURS!'. I CHAT WITH THEM ON THE INTERNET AND APPARENTLY THERE IS NO MANAGER, NO HELP, NOT RESOLUTION TO ANYTHING!
