I ordered on 05/01/19 a drill chuck with its adapter sds, the material was delivered to me on 13/02/19, missing its adapter, I immediately sent a communication to their customer service, which immediately I they answered, alleging that the adapter was not provided, then I indicated the link referred to the object and after several communications have admitted the error, proposing the BG points, apologizing for the misunderstanding, but not solving the problem of sending the missing piece.
Concluding: The service of the customer service is immediate, but do not solve the problem by proposing BG points as a discount (for their error the customer has to pay again?)
