My husband and I tried Freshly. The food was fine, it just reminded us too much of eating airplane food and we decided it wasn't for us. Just as we decided it wasn't for us, our next order was charged and we got a confirmation email. Womp womp-- my email had put all of our follow-up emails in spam and so I was very confused about why we were receiving more food. Anyway, I explained all of this to Alex F. In the little chat box and received friendly, succinct, and helpful customer service. I'm really impressed!
