I must admit I did panic somewhat when reading the reviews - at the slightest delay in transit I was immediately on my phone and had a list of backup dresses on standby...
I also messaged customer service a couple of times, trying not to but obviously fretting - they were kind and patient with me and gave me the information I requested in a reasonable timeframe.
I needn't have worried. Aside from a few days with no updates, the tracking was pretty informative and I knew where my package was most of the time. I was able to sign up for tracking updates and this helped set my mind to rest! The dress arrived and was beautiful; not too scrunched up, turned inside out to protect the delicate folds. I think there's not all that much difference between white and ivory; something that varies between vendors and not Hebeos' fault.
Considering that these are copies of other dresses these guys do a lovely job - mine has swathes of organza ruffles that must be a real pain to sew in and it just looks gorgeous, the fitting was perfect as I went for custom size (which doesn't cost extra!).

They were super patient with me when I freaked out after reading some bad reviews - I made sure to send some love as I’m sure they get a lot of grief! Customer service is generally not a pleasant job so I really feel and have respect for people who do it properly. Really pleased with everything ❤️
