I purchased a cover which was the wrong size, after calling the company i was told to return the item and they would waive the shipping and give me a refund. I purchased a bigger one and immediately returned the small one. After two months and no refund the contacted me yesterday saying the cover didn't qualify for a refund as it was dirty. They emailed me of a picture of a totally different cover than the one i returned that had stains all over it. The one i returned never even went on the couch it was returned in the original package by UPS a few days later. I would not recommend this company they have terrible customer service and will find a way to not return your money.

Yes, do not order from this company they are a total ripoff and the customer is never right. The picture of the item they sent me damaged is not the item I returned. My item was never put on the couch as it didn't fit. I immediately returned the item in the original packaging with UPS and had not heard from them for two months.

When I tried to return them, they tried to upsell me. I even paid for the "higher quality" ones....
