For sure the worst company I've ever done business with. 3+ month delivery time(yes, a QUARTER of a YEAR). Customer Service refused to provide updates and even when they couldn't tell me where my order was, wouldn't give me a refund. When it finally arrived, it came with no instructions. I reached back out to customer service to ask for instructions and I was told nothing helpful at all. I was sent videos that didn't actually show how to put it on. Save your money. This isn't worth it.

Very nice cover. This is a great way to protect our sofa from my son's grubby paws! Thumbs up for the great work!

When I tried to return them, they tried to upsell me. I even paid for the "higher quality" ones. They are amorphous poor quality pieces of fabric sent with some styrofoam. Save your money and time DO NOT BUY THESE!

Ordered 4 months ago, sent multiple emails inquiring where it was and what was taking so long. When I asked for a refund I started being ignored! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I wasted $100 and had the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Purchased 4 different covers for a large sectional, an associate told me which ones to buy. Ordered and received an email saying 2-5 days to process then shipping 5 days later and I would get a tracking number emailed to me once sent out. After a week of nothing I talked to a chat agent who said she wasn't sure why it hasn't been shipped bc the warehouse was in stock and they had my order. She said she would check into it and email me. No response. I checked the site a couple days later and it said Amazon shipping but no tracking number or updates on what was going on. So I sent a message. After back and fourth with the guy it had been delivered earlier in the day but had not been updated nor sent any notifications. Once I finally got it from the post office. One of the covers has the tags on the outside. They don't fit and the agent says they're supposed to have a string to tie underneath and foam strips to help stuff the corners. None of that was provided. She again says someone will email me. I told her I want my money back. Will not pay postage or a restock fee bc of their wrongful advertising and mistakes. Who knows. Maybe I'll get my money back before Xmas. They are great at apologizing though.

I ordered the couch covers from Couch Savers in November of 2020. Within 2 weeks the stitching started coming out. I emailed the company after 17 days of receiving them. They said they would not return them because it was past their 14 day return policy. You know it's a bad company who doesn't stand behind the quality of their product when they only allow 14 days to return. They said they wouldn't make an exception even though I was only a couple days past.

Do not waste your money on this product!

I'm sad to be writing this as I was stoked to find couch covers that we loved. However we ordered 2 couch covers from couchsavers.com back in May (over 3 months ago) and have still not received them. The tracking information gets updates about once every month as is constantly shipping and arriving from different locations than previously posted (different final destinations and departures it doesn't add up) they have refused to refund us due to "it days it is on route". Completely Inexcusable! It is a scam, don't waste your money on a product that never arrives.

I love it! There's excess cloth but the secret is how you tuck it in and under the sofa. This is way better than have it sewn with a normal textile which will surely sag.

Ordered one in March, it was cancelled so i was refunded (-$10: WHY?!?) re ordered in May and i'm still waiting! They say they are from portland but my item supposedly shipped from China. Not convinced that it's even shipped because it's now mid-August and still hasn't even arrived in my country, Canada. They kept saying that it would arrive any day and were completely unhelpful and now i'm past the time to dispute the charge on my credit card. This company is a complete sham, don't even give them a try.

This company is a shell, common ownership with many companies that also have horrible reviews. Paypal is investigating and will hopefully suspend transactions with this seller, they have multiple reports. Also avoid Mundaneco and Boring Management... same bogus corp. Owner is Trent Doan out of Cali.

Ordered on April 15th. Still waiting. Sent multiple emails and seem to get a robot response. Just blaming COVID-19 for the delay. I get no real answers and am getting very frustrated.

I ordered a Couchsaver for a club chair in white. It took a long while to get it, and when I received it, the fabric is so thin, you can see the color of the old chair through it. The fabric is very poor quality. My first email to return it was not answered by their customer service. Their return policy on their web site states that there is a 20% Re-stocking fee and you have to pay for return shipping.
I wanted to exchange this for a different color, but was told it was beyond the time of 10 days.
I would NOT recommend this company! I'm not sure how they have good reviews on their web site, as there is no place to write a review there.

Took forever to receive the items only to find out they don't fit. Customer service is useless. All I want is the address to return them and get my refund. No one seems to know. I was told to go to *******@couchsavers.com. There is no *******@couchsavers.com. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company ever!

Helpful staff. Got it quick. At first I wasnt sure about them reading other reviews about shipping. They shipped the couchsavers quickly from California and it arrived with in 4 days.

I purchased a cover which was the wrong size, after calling the company i was told to return the item and they would waive the shipping and give me a refund. I purchased a bigger one and immediately returned the small one. After two months and no refund the contacted me yesterday saying the cover didn't qualify for a refund as it was dirty. They emailed me of a picture of a totally different cover than the one i returned that had stains all over it. The one i returned never even went on the couch it was returned in the original package by UPS a few days later. I would not recommend this company they have terrible customer service and will find a way to not return your money.
TOTAL SCAM!

I have had and continue to have nothing but issues with this sneaky company. They kept FALSE tracking information on their site that did not align with tracking. They said i could return with no fee or anything and now they are trying to charge me one. It took almost 4 months because they sent it from their warehouse in China DURING a pandemic. A month later they are offering 2-5 day shipping as i continue to wait with no help with this company. Now they are changing what they are saying once again. They are trying to charge a restocing fee, me pay return shipping (not big deal), AND an additional $20 for shipping. This company is horrible. They are liars. Do not do business with them.

My package arrived after a month. It says free shipping when I ordered, but when UPS came and deliver my package it's COD another $42 and a change. If your charging me this much for a shipping from US to Canada it shouldn't be that long to deliver my package. I will not buy again from this company.

I did not have a good experience with this company while there communication is great. The free shipping took 45 days for me to get the covers they say the warehouse is located in California I am located in Texas. The site says 20 days OK oh well I waited but when I received the covers they would not stay in place do to the fact that I was covering a leather couch the foam just slipped out, with no one even sitting on the couch. They have a 14 day return policy I was 3 days past that when I contacted them to ask to return them they would not budge she said I agreed to the terms when I purchased them (True) I said I didn't agree to wait 45 days for shipping from California also (True) Be sure you are aware 20 percent restock fee and they will not help you if you dont return within the 14days not to mention the super slow shipping 150.00 down the drain I might look elsewhere if you are in the market for a cover Hope this may save some grief and money for someone else

THEY ARE A SCAMMING COMPANY. Do not buy from them! Ordered something in april, never got it, and they do not wanna refund. Ive had no news from them whatsoever since then, and the shipping was from China, not from US or Canada as theyre saying. Legit got scammed for 40$, how pathetic are they.

AFTER OVER 2 MONTHS OF NO DELIVERY, I DISPUTED MY PURCHASE WITH BofA. THEN THE NEXT DAY I GET A EMAIL IT WAS DELIVERED? IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I EMAILED BACK RIGHT AWAY... NO RESPONSE. I THEN GET ANOTHER EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER MY ORDER WAS BEING PACKED AT THEIR WAREHOUSE? HOW IS IT DELIVERED AND THE IT IS BEING PACKED AT THEIR WAREHOUSE 2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY? ALL I GET WAS A RESPONSE OF DELIVERY CONFIRMATION... THEN I ASK THEM TO OPEN A CLAIM WITH FED-EX AS ONLY THE SENDER CAN (BEWARE OF THIS), THEY DID NOTHING. I ASKED 4-5 TIMES... NOTHING BUT AN EMAIL SAYING TRACKING NUMBER AND IT WAS DELIVERED... COUCH SAVERS ARE UNAMERICAN AND LAZY... THEY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU GET YOUR GOODS. PLEASE VIEW THE PACKAGE ON MY PORCH WHEN I LIVE AT 1931... THAT PACKAGE SHOWED DELIVERED AS WELL... IT WAS BECAUSE I AM HONEST AND DELIVERED IT MYSELF... COUCH SAVERS ARE LAZY AND UNCARING

I ordered a 6 pcs seater(CO*******) from this company then ordered a additional 2 seater(CO*******) 1st the 2seater came with no problem but the big order(6pcs) was on back order so u had to wait to get it thts understandable if I could show u the screensnot of emails I got wit false info from them telling me its on its way to waiting on the carrier it took a while month to get it and the 1st one was the (wrong texture) of course they blame me u order it I ask if I can return it and get the same as the big order well its been past 14 day so no refund so im stuck with it $41.00down the drain u never tlk to any1 its cpu chat PLZ STAY AWAY
