Horrendous company. Using the bricks and mortar loophole to refuse to refund unworn clothes if bought in-store. Coupled with a sarcastic manager just an overall awful experience. Absolutely awful company decision to screw customers over as much as possible. Not clear at all in store that this is their policy. There is a small sign, but very easily missed, particularly if you're trying to shop with young kids. Almost unheard of for shops to do this in this day in age. I recommend you use any other sports shop! Horrible, manipulative company policy.
